1.4 "LODNEX" may make an agreement with third parties so that the "Member "'s advertisements and text, images and content in the advertisements can be displayed on other sites, search engines and" LODNEX "advertisements. The "Member" expressly declares and accepts that he authorizes "LODNEX" in this matter.

1.5 "Member", "LODNEX Membership Account" is responsible for all kinds of work and transactions performed by him; it accepts, declares and undertakes that it will not be able to make any objection and / or claim that it did not perform the work and transactions performed here and / or that it will not refrain from fulfilling its obligations based on this def or objection.

1.6 The "Member" will not perform any unlawful act such as defamation, denigration, commercial libel, threats or harassment in the advertisements to be published on the "Portal", will not take any unjustified or undue burden on the infrastructure of the "Portal", disgraceful accepts, declares and undertakes that it will not allow pornographic or immoral texts and images to be included in the advertisements to be published on the "Portal".

1.7 The "Member" will advertise and promote its goods and services in the advertisements posted on the "Portal" with real, correct and legal information. 1.8 "Member" shall not make any advertisements contrary to any legislation, including but not limited to those regulating the protection of the customer, intellectual rights, unfair competition, advertising issues, and declarations contrary to our legislation; It accepts, declares and undertakes that visuals such as pictures and videos will not be available.

1.9 "Member" accepts, declares and undertakes to pay the fee for the membership package she has chosen.

1.10 The "Member" may publish his own advertisements on the "Portal" with the content and information determined by him in a section of himself, as explained in detail in the "Portal" section and the limits are specified. However, it must comply with the specified rules and conditions and also accept, declare and undertake that it will comply with the rules and conditions specified in Annex-7 Corporate Membership Rules.

1.11 Real or legal persons using the "Portal" can open only one membership account in the "Portal". For this purpose, users; accepts, declares and undertakes not to open more than one "LODNEX Membership Account" using different usernames, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers. If LODNEX detects a violation of this rule; All "LODNEX Membership Accounts" of the "Member" may be suspended or suspended by LODNEX or this member may be removed from membership. In the event that the user who has been dismissed from "Membership" for any reason or whose "Membership" has been suspended or whose membership has been suspended opens a new membership account to enter the Portal and this new membership is determined by LODNEX; LODNEX reserves the right to cancel all "LODNEX Membership Accounts" of this user without any notice and to unilaterally terminate this contract without any fee refund, compensation or penalty liability.

Change in User Profile

"Portal": The website consisting of the domain name www.lodnex.com and subdomains linked to this domain name.

"User": Any natural or legal person who accesses the "Portal" online.

"Member": Real and / or legal persons who are members of the www.lodnex.com portal and benefit from the services offered within the "Portal" under the conditions specified in this contract.

"Membership": Filling out the membership form required to become a member of the "Portal" by the "User" who wants to become a "Member" from the relevant section of the "Portal", providing the identity information, confirming the accuracy of the identity information, the service to be used in the membership form, if a paid service is completed by making the registration process by paying the fee and confirming the registration process by "LODNEX". Until the membership process is completed, the right and authority to be a "Member" defined in this contract cannot be obtained.

LODNEX Services (Briefly "Service"): These are the applications put forward by "LODNEX" in order to enable the "Member" to perform the works and transactions defined in this contract in the "Portal". "LODNEX" may make changes and / or adaptations in the "Services" at any time in order to enable the "Member" to perform the works and transactions defined in this agreement more effectively on the applications put forward in the "Portal". The rules and conditions that the "Member" is obliged to comply with regarding these changes and / or adaptations made by "LODNEX" are announced by "LODNEX" to the "Member" on the "Portal" where the explanations about the use of the "Service" are available.

"Members" may not act under any reason, using any method, to manipulate the Member Profile evaluation system, to force the other party "Member" to make a positive comment about their profile or to prevent negative comments; they accept and declare that they will indemnify all the damages of LODNEX regarding the issue, and that LODNEX has the right to terminate this contract unilaterally and without notice and terminate the membership of the "Member".

"Members" cannot transfer their member profiles created for them to another "member" under any circumstances or allow them to be used in any way. In the event that the "Member" transfers or makes use of the member profile created for him / her, the "Members" acknowledge and declare that LODNEX has the right to terminate this contract unilaterally and without notice and to terminate the membership of the "Member".

Users acknowledge and declare that "LODNEX" has the right to remove the comment and / or suspend or terminate the comment owner's membership to "LODNEX" if the comments made by them fall into one of the following categories:

1-It has been determined by a court decision that the comment is defamatory or libelous, or that it is defamatory or illegal, and that the decision has been submitted to LODNEX,

In cases where there is no regulation in these Profiling and Usage Rules, the regulations in the Membership Agreement and its annexes will be valid, in case of conflict between the two, these Profiling and Usage Rules will be applied. "LODNEX" reserves the right to change the Profile Creation and Usage Rules at any time. The changes made, campaigns and offers, pricing changes become effective on the date they are published on the "Portal". If the "Corporate Member" continues to use the "Profile" from the date of the change, it means that it accepts the changes posted on the "Portal".

1.2-In order for the "Profile" name to be opened by "Corporate Member" to be displayed correctly in the lists, it must be entered as "Company Name". Named "Store"; Icon, symbol or sign cannot be used.

1.3-In the watermark used in the name, description, logo, subtitle, special category names, promotion pages, advertisement title and descriptions, photographs in the advertisements; Political expressions cannot be used, e-mail addresses and links to websites, visual and expressions that remind this (.com, .net, .org, etc.) cannot be used. "Company name; it cannot be a "company title" or a "brand" registered by third parties or legal entities.

1.4-Other "Company Users" invited by the "Corporate Member" must also approve the Corporate Membership Agreement.

1.5-"User"; It provides service to only one firm or a single branch of the firm. In the case of companies with branches, a separate “Profile” must be purchased for each branch. An advertisement for more than one company or more than one branch of a company cannot be posted in a “Profile”. All or part of the rights regarding the “profile” cannot be used, transferred or used in any way to a third party.

Profile Usage Rules

Membership Control - "Moderation"

4-In the event that there is a change in the information given by the "Corporate Member" whose "moderation" has been completed; It is required to update the information on the "Portal" within 30 (thirty) days and inform LODNEX. 5-More than one Corporate Member is not allowed to operate under the same Company and / or Company logo. "Corporate Members" who want to use the same company name and company logo are asked to submit "branch activity documents" that certify that they operate at different addresses. LODNEX reserves the right to close this "Profile" if it is determined that the "Company" is operating in violation of these rules.

Billing and Payment

What is a subscription suspension?

Membership suspension is the temporary or permanent closure of lodnex.com membership, taking into account the safety of all users, in accordance with the Membership Agreement and Terms of Use Agreement.

How do I find out if my membership has been stopped?
